Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any change or cancellation request must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this window will be denied. However, once your order arrives, you may still return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped the next business day. Please allow extra time during peak periods or sale events.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and international shipping times, your order may take between 2–4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Contact us at shopverahaus@gmail.com.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices displayed on our website are tax-free in USD. Depending on your local laws, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by VeraHaus. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item?

What if I receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?
If you receive an item that’s defective, incorrect, or damaged, contact us at shopverahaus@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a short description. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your bank will typically process the refund within 7–10 business days after we approve the return. For any delays, please contact your card issuer directly.
